Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a BABY! Brad and Paige shocked the immediate family a few weeks ago with the news that they are expecting a precious baby in March. Paige is truly radiant as she goes about her day while waiting to reveal their big secret. Yesterday, her sonogram confirmed the pregnancy and they felt ready to share their news with the world. The children were so sweet. Paige showed them the sonogram photos and they just stared at it and then Nathan looked up and screamed, "Are you having a baby?!". The three munchkins had recently visited Save-a-Life, to represent our church's VBS. After they presented SAL with the VBS donation, they were given a tour of the facility and shown a sonogram machine and were each given models of tiny babies at 12 weeks of development. They were so amazed and now have a frame of reference from which to draw. God is so in charge.

Tonight, we all traveled to Gulf Shores for the evening to visit with Dot, Phillip, Rick, Lynn, George, Abby and Ethan. It was our way of remembering Jenn and Linda and to celebrate our "familyship". Before dinner, Paige and Brad presented Dorothy with a book they had promised her with a very special bookmarker----the sonogram. Her face says it all. Tears abounded and hugs were generously lavished on Brad and Paige. It was a wonderful evening as the newsi soakd in that another sweet little angel would be joining our extended family soon.

Oh my goodness! It was a good day. Mikayla placed 1st in all 4 events.

9.65 in Vault

9.40 in Bars

9.20 in Beam

9.20 in Floor

She broke her last year's record with a total 37.457 points.

She also won 1st place all around in her 8 to 9 year old division.

Congratulations Mikayla Rose! Your hard work is paying off!

Am I Dreaming?

Drum roll, please! We finally made the decision to adopt another baby girl. Needless to say, Mikayla is thrilled. She keeps saying, "I feel like I'm in a dream!" Please check out our new little "girl,"------Tara.
