Nathan and Hannah are our grandchildren
God has blessed our family in big and small ways over the years. I always mean to record them but never seem to get around to it, thus the reason for this blog. I hope it will serve as an inspiration for myself and for you on those no-good, horrible, terrible, I-wish-I-had-not-gotten-out-of-bed-days!

Then There Was Baby..........
After a whirlwind romance, Milton and I were married in December, 1971. Twelve months later God gave us a son, Christopher Michael. The intense, overwhelming love for my first child that I experienced took my breath away! Surely I could never love another child this way again.
WRONG! In 1976, we were blessed with a gorgeous baby girl....our first daughter. What an incredible blessing! Surely, I could never feel this way again.
WRONG AGAIN! In 1980, our precious, beautiful daughter, Autumn Paige, came into our lives. My baby! My heart! Our family was complete.
WRONG...WRONG...WRONG....! In 2000, (yes,... 20 years later) a tiny, frightened, toddler was placed in my arms in a hotel hallway in Changsha, China. I'm convinced God has a sense of humor!!! Mikayla Rose Xin-Guang (refreshing, new bright light) became our 3rd daughter and 4th child. Did I mention GOD IS GOOD!
